Emailed bloodpoint redemption code not working
Not sure if this is the right place to report this; I'm playing on PC and copy+pasting the email code I got for 100k bloodpoints for answering the trivia questions correctly into the "REDEEM CODE" area of the Store, and it tells me it's an invalid code every time. What gives?

My code didn't work either and said it wasn't valid. I'm on Xbox though so I don't know if they didn't link the codes properly like with the Jake skin from Hooked on You.

do the people afflicted by this need to come forward or are you able to track this on your side? because my code is invalid too.
