PC - Cenobite stuck in M1 animation when survivor disconnects

After the survivor disconnects, Cenobite can no longer M1 or use his ability, I'm not sure if the chains attached to Kate are contributing to the bug. After begging Meg to stun me, I finally became unstuck and was able to normally play again.
This wasn't a persistent bug but a very rare one, I've only experienced this once.
