Turn off motion blur or remove Rotten Fields

Well it goes without saying that the motion blur is awful, but what makes it even worse is that it is nearly impossible to see through the corn because of it. And what map is full of corn? Rotten Fields. It's actually cancer inducing to play Legion on that map, or probably any short killer. I could probably do better job tracking if sounds were working as intended.

    It's not just Rotten Fields... it's all Coldwind Farm maps.
