We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
Kindred is bugged

Using kindred is now useless against any killer, while other survivors can see the killer while I am on the hook, I can not see the killer while they are on the hook, despite having the perk equipped.
Tried it against Demo and Ghostface.
