Over the course of 3 games as Hag, I've teleported and hit Survivors immediately upon triggering of my trap, resulting in the Phantasm Attack score event to occur over a dozen times. I have the daily ritual, "Rite of Flesh and Mud", which states that I have to hit a Survivor after teleporting 4 times. My daily shows that I have 0/4 progress, despite having completed it multiple times over.
