Xbox One - Game lock when loading matchmade lobby

I play on Xbox One
This occurs when leveling the bloodweb on either killer or survivor
Steps:
- Start up killer or survivor role.
- Start matchmaking
- Complete a bloodweb at the same time a matchmade lobby begins to load.
When this bug occurs, the lobby scene will load, but the player elements do not. A loading icon spins near the right of the screen. You are unable to back out from this screen, nor will it ever proceed to a trial. The UI is visible, but selecting certain elements will freeze the game. The only workaround when this bug occurs is to restart the game.
