Even Punishment trophy/achievement bugged after 6.4.1 update

ever since 6.4.1 update the game no longer recognizes when the Hag’s trap is triggered and the Hag teleports to the survivor and hits the survivor.
this effects a daily challenge and more importantly rendering the “Even Punishment” achievement/trophy unobtainable
