Seems like a new perk to me or buff Claustrophobia perk, similar to the Lethal Pursuer buff, many killers have window closing addons, but they are difficult to implement due to the short timers and small radius that the addons cover.
Change following
All window, pallet and generator closing timers are increased by 5 seconds
Closing radius increases for each repaired generator by 2 meters
+ A small bonus - windows closed with bamboozle are able to close two windows, namely, if the second window was closed, then the timer with 16 seconds is reset and only the Claustrophobia perk works
