Open handed doesn't increase aura reading on Wire tap

-PC

-Open handed doesn't increase aura reading on Wire tap

Steps to reprduce:

-Equip Wire tap and Open handed

-Put Wire tap on a gen

-Observe how the aura reading radius doesn't increase to the 30m it should

-Cry

-Happens everytime

This is by design, so not a bug.

    This is not a bug. The devs stated this is intentional back when Wiretap came out.
