disconnection bug showing killer perks

so recently at the end of round as surivior after hitting continue or upgrade it just gets me stuck in the result screen cause me to hit continues twice since think i disconnected from the host. this also happens when i get killed. loading screen pops up then it drops me back into result screen
i never rat out the killer not even if they camped me for no reason .
i been playing on xbox
