Can’t see survivors after coming out of Yamakoa’s Haunting on Spirit

Playing on Xbox as Spirit
Found a couple survivors and phased to them (could see them before i phased) after coming OUT of phase i still could no longer see survivors, i could see scratch marks and see the footsteps and hear them and would walk into them but could not see them despite no longer being in phase. Was using mothers glasses and muddy sports cap add-ons.
Edit: could not hit survivors either despite knowing for sure they were in front of me repairing a gen as i could walk into them and see the repairs
