I think this one's pretty self-explanatory. Disturbed Ward - Crotus Prenn Asylum I believe, Artist with Scourge Hook: Pain Resonance, Nowhere To Hide, Iron Grasp and Hex: Face The Darkness. I was running Kindred, Tenaciry, Flip-Flop, and Breakdown. Video included in the tweet link. The wiggle skill check only went away when I was hooked for the second time.
