I was playing a survivor, Yui to be specific, on Crotus Prenn Asylum. The killer was Spirit and both exit gates were open. She was taking me to the basement which was in killer shack near one of the exit gates, both of which were open. Before she was even down the stairs my wiggle meter was completely full and it did not let me get out.
I am not sure how you could recreate this and it has only happened to me personally, once. I just wanted to let people know and see if anyone else has had this issue.
