New Survior Tools {Fog Bomb, Amp-Chargers, Holo-light}

This would have been better suited for Vittorio Toscano. However, any new survivor could learn how to alchemically use the Fog to their advantage, put it into a container like the reagents, and create a fog bomb. Throwing it down obscures the killer's sight. This is an alternative to dealing with the Lightborn perk, but the Shadow perk can see through the Fog Bomb.

This one is open to tweaking. I don't have all the details fleshed out, but I think it can be made fair and viable. Also, since we have perks like Wire Tap, Blast mine, and such, there should be a new perk called Amp Charges (up to 3) that as long as no survivor is working the generator manually the Amp-Chargers auto-charge a generator for a few (15 at the most 20) seconds. Unless the Amp-Charger is destroyed, expires, or is overridden by a survivor manually working on the generator it charges the unworked gen for 30 seconds. It's also a good counter to the Ruin perk when a survivor has to retreat.

Lastly, a Holo-light or a flashlight decoy emits a fake survivor aura. It's an augmented version of a flashlight that projects a silhouette hologram of the survivor that is using the flashlight. However, the flashlight will NOT be able to blind the killer. The description would read something like you've learned to be more creative with what little you have and now it seems you really can appear to be in two places at once. When projected at a wall or building the survivor's aura seems to appear to the killer.

After a survivor reaches a certain level with the character, they unlock access to variations of the items we have used up until that point.
