PS4 - Secret Chest in Midwich cannot be opened

- Play as a survivor on the Midwich map
- Complete all gens and open the gates such that the clocktower opens to reveal the chest
- Approach the chest
- Attempt to open the chest (R1)
- Notice that the action starts
- Notice that the action stops almost immediately
Perks: Boil Over, Tenacity, Power Struggle, Flip-Flop
Map: Midwich
Frequency: 1st time. I have opened this chest several times before without issue.
