Wiggle stays on screen after being hooked

This never happened to me, but it happened to a friend of mine in two games while we were playing together (only the two of us were playing in swf), he sent me the print showing the problem
he is inside the closet
We don't know the specific reasons, but we noticed this happening against Doctor and Legion, I suspect that this happened when he first hooked, and in the strangest case this could occur when he was hooked while another player was performing a skill check, either on generators as for healing, or it could be a problem caused by some inconsistency of the pc or online (since this has never happened to me yet)
