Behaviour here is some money making ideas for you so you don't have to do 4 DLCs per year
We all love new DLCs (ish) but given how much of a buggy mess the knight dlc was i think its time that beahvior stop putting out 4 per year. Reducing it to 3 per year or even 2 with more events and such inbetween would be best. I think majority of the player base (not all but a lot of) would agree that we would rather have 2 or 3 well made DLCs than 4 rushed DLCs (cough cough the knight cough cough).
But of course behavior still needs to make money. They are a business after all so here are some suggestions for you behaviour on additional store items that could be made.
Now player cosmetics are great. There is nothing i love more than my Mr Puddles skin but recently it feels like its just the same characters getting cosmetics and a lot of the time unless they are themed sets let's face it they arn't very good.
So here is my suggestion for you behavior....Branch out.
There are so many things that could be done that are an untapped market so to speak. These being:
- Custom Mori Animations - given that some of the older moris are showing their age now a fresh set of paid for moris, I think, would be a hit amongst killer players
- Custom Hooks - We have custom player skins why not have reskinned hooks as well. Obviously these would be equipable by the killer only
- Custom item models - The standard toolbox, medkit, flashlight, map and key are getting a bit boring. Apart from the event items they all look the same so why not have some skin packs survivors can purchase. For example have an old war medkit tin, or how about a wrench instead of a tool box. Maybe bring some modern looks like a GPS instead of a Map. There are countless alternatives that could be used instead of the basic models we have right now
- How about some death animations? Maybe on 3rd hook state your character could explode. or maybe you drop off the hook and are sucked into the abyss below. These would be equiped by survivors so each can have their own death animation.
- maybe an escape animation. Something simply like confette or fireworks when you leave thru the exit gate or hatch. (not to convinced on this one myself
- Custom basements for killers - make each game unique for the basement
- Custom chest designs - slightly more tricky as you would need to share out chest spawns with survivors but i'm sure something could be done about this
- Custom generator designs - Again tricky due to the fact each survivor could bring different but again you could share out the gens for each survivor who brings a custom one.
Just a few things I think could be done to help behavior. Let me know if there is anything else that could be done or that you would love to see avaliable in the game.
Also some of these suggestions some people won't like. These are just Ideas that have no bareing on the game and are not p2w. Just wanted to put that out there before someone complains about an idea.

Yeah, this sounds about right. To be fair, I guess a lot of the Knight hinged on the bot AI and how to integrate that into the game, and all the shortcuts that had to be taken with that one, but besides that, the whole chapter didn't feel that great.
I said this in the past about other Original chapters: most often the original killers are really cool and I as a killer main would love to buy the chapter with money instead of shards, BUT I am always miffed about the content: one or two recolors for the survivor, nothing in it for the killer. Some custom item and a charm would go a long way to sweeten the deal and easily convince me to dish out some money. Or here is a wild idea: those that buy the killer with real money get the option to bloody all different colors of the base outfit, so all the red, green, yellow and blue outfits and the frosty eye series of heads. I often would love to buy one of the differently colored base outfits but finding out that they are just the base outfits and not the bloodied P4-6 versions is a real downer.
Circling back to your post, OP: custom versions of hooks, the basement and moris would be really cool and this offers a lot of potential. The same could be said for item skins etc, BUT I think that BHVR made this one of their sorta fundamental design choices to not mess with the basic appearance of killer powers and items. The event items are all just very slight variations of the basic item design and I don't think that they would stray further from that, even though I like this.
Maybe we could get buy slots for charms, though? Imagine a cute Claudette puppet dangling from the tailend of the flashlight or a medkit with them soothing "BP gummies". That could be fun.

I get that behaviour had design choices but after all these years its got a bit stale in my opinion. Now having alternative hook types, basement types, items and moris would keep the game fresh. A lot of games do this. Having these differnt types could breath some new life into maps that we see every single day (farm, macmillian ect) that have been around since day one (ish).
Not saying that these changes need to be overly drastic but still horror related ones that just mix things up a little.
It also makes sense from a business standpoint to reskin and sell them.

I liked pretty much all of those tbh. The gens get decorated during events however. All good ideas though. Who doesn't love customisation👌
