Enable forum username capitalization change on the user side

Would it be possible for you to enable capitalization only change for the users to do on their own? I reckon your system doesn't treat differently capitalized letters as separate nicknames so I think it should be fine security-wise...?

    This wouldn't be possible I'm afraid, there's no way to limit what can be changed under the setting - so it's either on or off. And due to names being limited on a database, as once a name is used it's gone for good, we've had to limit name changes and we can only allow one per forum user for the lifetime of the account.
