Second blink latency issue (ps4)

I am dedicated ps4 player i have 4k hrs on the game i play the game on 100-150ms EU server But i live in the middle east
I am having an issue with nurse because she is a heavy latency killer
First blink is always consistent with range
Second blink oh boy here is the problem sometimes it goes far sometimes it doesnt get far aka my blink get swallowed which cause me alot of problem
Can you make nurse more light on high ping / console port
And what are the soloutions to this problem i tried putting a LAN cable But i still have this second blink problem
