Ghostface picked me up and then that happened. Yea, i cant get saved by blinding, and i cant struggle.

Probably lagged at the moment when Legion was picking u up that's why this glitch happened. Something similar occurs with very "popular" bug: "Wiggle skillcheck stuck on screen".
I suppose there are also other opportunities to "stuck" something on the screen which could be pretty badass.
