PS5 - Instantly downed as survivor without being exposed

I am reporting a bug I experienced while playing survivor, the match was normal as it usually would be until I cleansed no one escapes death at the same time as the end game collapse started, after cleansing the totem I stunned the killer and waited at the gate and that is when I got instantly downed.

Killer had no exposed perks besides noed

    I've experienced something similar. I occasionally down healthy survivors even if they're not exposed. I'm so confused and perplexed. I'm also slightly scared I'm going to get reported and banned for cheats or something. I don't know why this happens and I hope I don't get banned for cheating. I'm just a poor free to play I can't handle going back to the start.
