What the challenge says is equip the perk no way out and prevent the exit gates from being opened. I done this a couple of times and none of them counted I tried. I tried letting the last survivor get through hatch, it did not count. I 4k, that did not count. I tried letting the survivor activating no way out and then hooked them, and that

also did not count.
