PC - Buggy Post-Game Screen

Played as the doctor in a public match (Backwater Swamp). Everything was normal until the last survivor escaped through the hatch and the post-game screen came up. It looks like this for some reason and soft-locked me on this screen. Pressing the continue button underneath the controller input continue button made the background black, but the buggy overlay remained and no other menu appeared. After some time the screen returned to the first screenshot and the continue button couldn't be pressed at all. The game was still moving and playing sounds, but I couldn't move to any other screens. The buttons to move between scores, XP, and BP rewards wouldn't move anything either but did play sounds when I clicked on them.
