One of his Ultra Rare addons - Carburetor Tunning Guide is bugged since December 2020.
This addons makes Leatherface incredibly slow, it should decreases the movement speed just by 2%, but with this addon Leatherface is slower than Survivor during first 3-4 seconds.
Please, fix that!

We can notice that with Depth Gauge Rake (the same movement speed penalty) we can catch a Survivor on the loop, but with Carburetor Tunning Guide not. With Carburetor we have 7.5 seconds (Depth Gauge Rake 6 seconds, because we used 3 charges), and also with Depth Gauge Rake we have charge time penalty, but still we could catch a Survivor.
Please fix that!
