PC - Stuck on the stairs in Crotus Prenn Asylum, Disturbed Ward

Survivors can't go through the stairs in Crotus Prenn Asylum (particularly Disturbed Ward) as shown in the video (https://youtu.be/AWIij3iiOgc). The bug has no effect sprinting, crouching or crawling. Killers can pass freely. May be triggered by going in the corner, but it might be a coincidence. Character or perks don't seem to matter.
