(PC Steam) Dredge keeps bloodlust after teleporting to the remnant

Steps to reproduce:
- Load into a game as the Dredge.
- Start a chase with a survivor.
- Initiate your power and hold it while chasing (you're also building bloodlust during that).
- Teleport back to the remnant whenever you want.
- You will keep whatever tier of bloodlust you have gained and also any time you spent building up to the next tier.
Additional info:
- Character played: Dredge.
- Perks played: any.
- Map: any.
- Frequency of the issue: 100%.
