When activated, would it now grant some Deviousness Score Event, so Nurse wouldn't lose much of her BP gain compared to most other Killer playstyles in the game?

    I personally hope the effects for survivors arent as obvious. Once survivors know its a Spasmodic Breath Nurse, its not too difficult to counter it.
