- Description: Carburetor Tuning Guide makes you both accelerate and move at a significantly slower speed than the add-on intends. It's supposed to only slow you down by 2%, but it slows down the starting speed by around 30%, and it stays that way until you are halfway done with the sweep, where you're still slower than 2% reduced speed.
