Lots of Good Changes, But...
I'll be honest, I like a lot of the changes listed in todays dev update such as the Activity HUD, Eyrie update sounds promising, and some other things. However there's some small things I think you missed that I can see becoming huge issues.
For one, the change to "Jenner's Last Breath" I think is going to be extremely oppressive in a 3gen scenario. Even outside of that, its essentially a "did I get outplayed or make a mistake? Let me just press a button to undo this and try again immediately." The blink attacks being special attacks I think is good on paper, but it makes completely unproblematic perks like Sloppy and Surge/Jolt useless. I think if you wanted, you can make a new attack type (for the sake of it, lets call them blink attacks) where basic attack perks work, but expose perks don't. I'm not sure if that's possible or not, but that would be something I suggest. Either way I don't think it's a huge issue and I may just be nitpicking.
With the Knight, I think the changes buff a certain type of playstyle with the Knight, but doesn't realistically address the unfun aspects of Knight, namely his anti-loop. While the anti-loop is worse than Artist, the counterplay of "hold W away from the loop" is not very engaging at all and incredibly boring. I think maybe making a minimum patrol path length of 5 meters would be a good way to punish this Knight playstyle.
The change to the great wiggle skillchecks I honestly don't understand. It comes off as not wanting a realistic reward for hitting great skill checks as opposed to hitting good skill checks. Sure this change may be annoying for Killers, but good killers know how to counter getting thrown around more when carrying someone like with boil over for example.
The Merciless Killer things getting a change is good in theory, however I think that it will lead to killers slugging for the 4k around the 13th of every month when killers are trying their hardest to get pips. I'm not sure if the goal was to make the pip system be easier for killers, or make getting killer adepts easier. If the goal was to make killer adepts easier, why not just make the adepts themselves achieved when you get a 4k rather than making pips tied to how many kills you get? (unless I read this wrong and that is what you're doing?)
Lastly, I think that its extremely worrying you didn't mention eruption getting a change. My suggestion would be getting rid of the incapacitated effect from eruption, and then either buff the regression from 10% to 15%, or block the gen for 25s once the gens explode.
I hope you take some of these suggestions into consideration and thank you for taking the time to read this!

I'm just gonna point out a misinfromation

This doesn't affect grades and pipping at all. This only affects the title and adept achievement.
