Sometimes I type a message in post game but get no response. Most likely everyone has gone or they are cross platform. Can we show who is still in the lobby post game? Maybe show the ping next to their name or make their names bright white if they are in and a dull grey if they have left? Or just show their icons like in the match and the disconnect symbol when they leave. Place it right above the chat box.

    If you check the screen with their names you can tell who's around by whether it shows their ping still. ESC maybe?
