This occured on Pc, after the game finished I waited in the end screen of the game until I was kicked from the party of my group. After some time the pc screen became partially overlaid with console controls for contiue and options etc. (no controller was plugged in or anything). Pressing continue (pc continue) turned the screen black and left all the console overlays on screen. softlocking the game
