Steps to recreate
- Use perk Dead Hard
- Be injured and in chase
- Activate dead hard
- Either dead hard does not activate, or the animation begins, but it does not protect you. The perk does not work.
Character played: Zarina
Perks: Dead Hard, Adrenaline, Off the Record, Kindred (all very rare)
Map: Midwich
Frequency: Every few games
