it's not that strong a totem perk + Calm Spirit completely counters it
does it really deserve to be a 1 totem perk and be destroyed in a minute of the match?

All Hexes should be like Plaything.
3rd seal: Dwight hooked, a Dull turns into Hex that applies only to him.
If more Hexes in loadout: the Dull that applies to Dwight contains all the Hexes effects on him.
