PC - Can't walk and crawl up one side of the stairs in disturbed ward

Sorry for the quality, i dont know how to use premiere 6.
Couldnt get up the stairs from this side only. Other sides had no issue. Was also not able to fall over the edge when the killer downed me. Crawling over was also not possible.
No idea if it matters, but it was the tile where the greenhouse-type building spawned close to the stairs.
