Exploitable spot in RPD where you cannot pick up survivors

In the main lobby where the reception counter is there is a desk to the right where survivors can crawl under it and you cannot pick them up.
I had a survivor abusing it today and there is no way you can pick up from here
In this area, at the desk to the right:
If they crawl into here you cannot pick them up so they will try to go down here
