Discordance works best on perk level one

When Discordance activates, it highlights the generator that at least two survivors are working on in yellow for 8/10/12 seconds. As it has no cooldown, you will see wether the survivors are still on the generator after that time passes. This means that Discordance on perk level one will give you an update on wether the survivors are still working on the generator every 8 seconds while perk levels two and three will give this update only every 10/12 levels. This is a problem because, first of all, you expect a perk to get better when you upgrade it and second, once you have the perk on level two or three on a P3 killer, there is no way of ever getting it on one again.
