Wesker gets stuck after bounding a survivor at the same time the heal is completed

Issue: When my teammates finished healing me at the same time The Mastermind hit me with his bound, he couldn't move. He started moving after being stuck for a bit, grabbed someone off of a gen, and the survivor he was carrying could not wiggle out even when the bar was full, plus they could not be flashlight or pallet saved. Then both the killer and the survivor that he was carrying were stuck in endgame collapse (the game could not end) and had to DC because of it.
Steps to reproduce: Not sure. My friends and I tried to do it but couldn't.
How often: I'm not sure. It was a very precise bug.
