I've notice a few challenges are seemingly impossible to complete in version 6.4.3 of DBD.
Tome 04 Part 1 - Quick Thinking: Hide in a lockers within 10 seconds of being in a chase with a killer while using the perk Quick and Quiet
Tome 06 Part 1 - Self Preservation: Hide in a lockers within 5 seconds of being in a chase with a killer
Tome 10 Part 2 - Generate Fear: Hit 1 survivor with Ambush Dash within 10 meters of a generator

As of 6.5.0 , the first two challenges have been fixed!
Unfortunately, Generate Fear (Tome 10 Part 2) remains bugged and impossible to complete.
There is already a report for that challenge (https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/discussion/359885/challenge-generate-fear-not-working) so my report can be closed.
