Bloodweb Bugged?

hey,

is it possible that the bloodweb is bugged ?

cause after i set a character to Prestige 1, i can max there perks to 3 on other characters...

i thought it was the idea in this not to prestige them to 3 to get ther level 3 perk to access ?

This is by design. Once you reach Prestige 1 with a character that unlocks T1 of the character perks on your other characters - the perks can also be levelled up normally in their bloodwebs.

That's how it works, P1 gets you T1 perks on other characters with 2 and 3 available. Not a bug
