(PC) weird display issue im having today

anytime in game; in a match, in the menu, whatever, my mouse will slide out of the game window, never having done that before. the only thing i think would be notable is the fact that i have an opera gx window open to the side, but i ran the game after having closed the window and it was still an issue.
I didnt see anyone else report on this so i figure its just some setting thats broken or maybe i need to reinstall, but if theres a quick fix out there that would be super appreciated <3
oh fullscreen is on, toggling it didnt fix it
