Pallet on tile HD171 (Eyrie on Crows) cannot be vaulted after Legion fails to vault it in Frenzy

Platform: PC Steam.
Description of the issue: the pallet on tile HD171 (see screenshots for exact location) on Eyrie of Crows cannot be vaulted after Legion fails to vault it in Frenzy.
Steps to reproduce (tentatively; see video for exact sequence):
- Drop the pallet
- Stun the Legion with the drop (might not be relevant)
- Vault the pallet
- Legion tries to follow you by vaulting in Frenzy but is unable to
- Now the pallet cannot be vaulted by survivors as well even though the prompt appears
Character info:
Survivor: Meg with MoM, DH, Spine Chill, Empathy and a flashlight.
Legion: Tinkerer, Pentimento, Plaything, Ruin with Legion Pin and Scratched Ruler.
Frequency of the issue: once so far.
