When is 6.5.0 coming to Live Server ?

I know there is like specific Days on wich these always release but i can never remember. And i couldnt find an official Release Date on the Patch Notes.

The patch is coming on January 24th, that's when the lunar event is starting and the game has to update to add the new cosmetics.

Is that true or is there much more to do first?

are planned to be released on all platforms later this month.
from the January 2023 developer update
it's likely going to be in around a week
however, they never gave an official date or confirmed anything just in case they can't finish by the date. they dont want to disappoint the players
