Executioner Sensitivity

Hello. I have been playing the game for a while now, but I have just started playing as the executioner recently because his ability seems fun. However, when I started playing him I noticed that whenever I used his power, it felt like my mouse dpi would shoot up. (even the q and e binds for billy felt faster). I am just kinda confused about what is going on. Is this a setting, bug, or balancing thing? or am I just imagining it?

    i would assume balancing thing/intentional, though only really have experience on controller and everything regarding aiming feels weird there. There is definitely no individual settings for this.
