2 tome locker challenges bugged.

Tome 4 - Conviction, page 1: Quick Thinking
Tome 6 - Divergence, page 1: Self Preservation
Both of these tome challenges are about jumping in a locker whilst in chase with the killer. I spent an entire day trying to complete both of these just to find out they are bugged, my friends all have the same issue and after contacting the company they told me other people had no issue completing the challenges and I was a little underwhelmed with the minimal customer support they provided.
