Would it be too much to lower the Cool down on I’m all ears?
I think it is an underrated chase perk but the big cool-down doesn’t let the perk reach its full potential.
As of right now, the perk can only be triggered every 40 seconds.
My suggestion is to decrease the cool-down to 20 or 25 seconds, that’s it.
I don’t think I am not asking for much. It is one of my favorite perks that suffers from its long cool-down. The same can be said about Oppression.

An argument in favor of this request is the fact that in addition to cooldown, this is a perk that can easily be cancelled by Distorsion.

40 seconds more or less equates to "once per chase" according to average chase durations. Which I don't think is too unreasonable.
Considering it could be blocked by Distortion, you don't regain Distortion tokens in a chase, so in order for Distortion to be an effective counter, once per chase again seems reasonable.
I would maybe add in a special clause of "recharges instantly outside of chase", so if you drop chase you get it back for the next one. But while in chase, you get it every 40 seconds.
