New idea of original killer and survivor

I don't know if it would be efficient to share this here, I'm trying tho.

My inspiration is the fiction Carrie (Stephen King). Well, I was thinking about on one hand a survivor bullied at school (a teen then) who overcame this with a strong mind, some patience and self-confident. And on the other hand, there is a killer who was also bullied at school. He died alone because of that. He felt so lonely, turned his back to his only friend(s). It was the worst idea because thinking he had no one to rely on, he was pushed to kill himself. He finally got his revenge thanks to The Entity. Maybe the two (survivor and killer) could have been friends and they know have to face each other. What do you think? (About their powers, I absolutely have no idea what to give them)
