Jenner's Last Breath description is incorrect, Buckle Up missing status effect description

The Jenner's Last Breath description still says all blink charges are restored even though it now only restores 1 blink (as detailed in the patch notes as a nerf from the PTB).
Tested in game and it indeed does only restore 1 blink.
Buckle Up's description is also missing the Haste status description ("Haste increases Survivor movement speed").
