rebind/remove numpad key bindings, no option in-game settings

I want to rebind my dead hard key to a key on my mouse which is numpad9, but for some reason a lot of the numpad keys are bound to some random thing like walking, turning, or doing the emotes. There's no in game way to do this, is there some setting in some folder I have to edit like with the uncapped fps stuff? really unhelpful that there's no way IN GAME to change these things
