Cosmetics not showing up

I went to buy some cosmetics for Mikaela and stuff from the winter and halloween weren't showing up so I checked Meg and Yun-Jin Lee and it wasn't showing up for them either and i want to know if this was a bug or how to fix this
(Edit none of the Christmas sweater that i dont own are also not showing up)

Not a bug, but a feature. Those cosmetics are now time-limited collections and will be only available to buy during those events.
Try again next year.
