Jolt exploding gens outside of audible terror radius

Played against a Shape with Jolt. He was in Evil Within 2 and had a small terror radius. Then our gen exploded out of nowhere (no terror radius warning) when he downed someone nearby.
Seems Jolt is using his Evil Within 3 terror radius, even though he's in Evil Within 2.

Jolt is not based on the Terror Radius, it has a 32-meter range regardless of Terror Radius.
Tier 2 Myers has a Terror Radius of 16-meters.

This is probably working as intended. Jolt is based on a range not terror radius. It hits generators within 32 meters. Myers tier 2 has a really small terror radius.
